- We ship to a small number of international countries, UK, USA, Canada and Australia
- We ship with PostNL - orders can take anything from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive depending on your location, you will receive a tracking link to your order.

- Customers outside the EU will usually need to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us
- If you live in another country not covered by our standard shipping, please message us and we can arrange something for you.

Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to let us know that you would like to make a return.

- Please email us at orders@gathershop.nl with 'RETURN' and your order number as the subject and note in the email which items you would like to return. We will email you within 2 working days with a return label.
- Please carefully pack your items to send them back to us - Print your return label and attach it to the package. Please drop the package at your nearest PostNL drop off point.
- Returns are charged at €4,95 within NL, DE and BE (for the rest of EU and World returns are charged at the same as the original shipping cost) This amount will automatically be deducted from your return.
- Please do not remove any tags or packaging. If an item is not in it’s original condition and packaging you will not be eligible for a refund. Sale items are not usually eligible for a refund unless faulty. For clothing and shoes and jewellery, you may try the item on at home but the items must not have been worn outside to be eligible to make a return.
- Please note, as a small business we are unable to pay the postage cost for a returned item, unless faulty and we recommend that you use the shipping label that we provide as we are not be able to process a return that doesn't reach us safely in the post.
- Within 7 working days of receiving your return we will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund your refund will processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

- Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges by post, if you would like to make an exchange please return your order (see tab above) and make a new order for the item(s) you would like
- Alternatively you can pass by our store to make an exchange in person. Our store can be found in De Hallen in Amsterdam. Hannie Dankbaarpassage 19.
We hope that your order reaches you in perfect condition and that you are very happy with it. If however an item arrives to you and it is faulty, please email us at info@gathershop.nl stating your order number and the nature of the fault, photographs are also helpful if you can provide them. For eligible faulty items we will arrange for a refund or exchange.
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible. This is because the items sold on gathershop.nl are handmade and unique, we do not have suppliers that are factories or warehouses but individuals and small studios. You can sign up for an automatic update when the product comes back in stock to be the first to know.
