Apply 6-10 drops per hand, and massage into skin with circular, broad strokes that extend from the breastbone to the centre of the chest, breasts and underarms. Ideally, use after bathing or while skin is damp. Use daily or as desired. May also be used on the entire body as a nourishing moisturiser. Nursing mothers are advised to wipe any oil residue from nipples and surrounding area or wait until it has been absorbed fully before breastfeeding
